🔁 Returns
We offer returns under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
A valid unboxing video and clear product images must be provided as proof.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return request.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products without unboxing proof
Hygiene-related products (if applicable)
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Once verified, we will initiate the return process.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be borne by DripDrift in case of valid issues (damaged/wrong product).
Our team will guide you through the return pickup process.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
🔄 Replacements
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

We currently ship and accept returns within India only.

Since our products are fulfilled through a third-party supplier, minor variations in color or print may occur. However, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch.
